(from now on authomar.com) is to inform and provide access in good faith to the car hire services offered, and to communicate the business proposals of authomar.com. This is a service aimed exclusively at retail clients (customers and users).

3. According to the established in the current dispositions, the user will be able to cancel the booking up to 24 hours before the booking takes place at no additional cost. The charges wrongfully cancelled by the user in case of credit card payment, in virtue of the current legislation may suppose the obligation of payment for damages caused by the User.
4. The car hire service is limited to Mallorca.
5. Authomar.com reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service of authomar.com without a previous notice. In the same way, authomar.com may restrict, in case of concrete offers, the number of days said offers are available or the category or model of vehicle or location or office where said promotions are offered. Bookings that have fraudulent intentions or suppose disloyal competence for authomar.com are completely prohibited and may be cancelled.

According to the stipulated in the Law 15/1999, of December 13, of Personal Data Protection, authomar.com informs the user of the existence of an automated data file containing personal information that authomar.com is responsible for Pocket rent a car S.L. The user does not authorize authomar.com to provide their information to other companies.
7. The law applicable to the contents of the Web pages of authomar.com will be the Spanish law, and will be subject to the Spanish jurisdiction and the competent Courts of Spain.
